Our client has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Specialist/Office Coordinator for two midtown locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical support to end users and clients on a variety of issues including computer and printer set up, audio-visual setup and support, software questions, training and general troubleshooting and monitoring of all open issues until resolved;
- Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and equipment to include but not limited to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, monitors and printers, while ensuring optimal performance and exceptional customer service;
- General office support duties including answering and routing telephone calls, greeting and announcing visitors, opening and distributing mail, handling conference room reservations, catering orders, and managing key logs and reports.
Qualified applicants should be motivated, enjoy technology, and quick to learn the firm’s existing and new software applications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and the Office 2013 suite is required.
