Practice Support Senior Analyst
Our client is seeking a Practice Support Senior Analyst in the San Francisco office. This position is responsible for promoting the practice of eDiscovery in conjunction with the effective use of Practice Support applications by providing support and technical assistance with managing, developing, designing, implementing and maintaining various litigation support platforms issued by the Firm, as well as software as a service solutions. Candidates interested in this position must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with performing all database administrative functions associated with the implementation of Viewpoint, Relativity, Westlaw Case Notebook (LiveNote), CaseMap, TimeMap, and IPRO, such as creating databases, assigning user accounts, assisting legal teams with litigation document analysis, consulting and data management; providing on-going technical support and training to all legal team members using practice support applications, assisting legal teams with preparation of courtrooms for electronic trial preparations using Trial Director, and gathering, processing and production of electronic data and documents. Preferred candidates will have strong eDiscovery experience, including knowledge of analytics, technology assisted review (TAR), and data collection.
