The Identity, Access, and Data Management Analyst supports data governance as it relates to data access management and data loss prevention controls. This position reports to the Identity, Access, and Data Management Supervisor.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Establishes and supports the administration and maintenance of data leakage controls, in response to changes in organizational structure and/or business needs;
  • Performs required audits relating to the Firm's data loss prevention programs. Analyzes data to determine actionable items or escalation as needed, and strategies for continuous improvements in data leakage controls;
  • Assists in the on-going review of data leakage programs, policies, and processes;
  • Supports Identity Access functions as necessary such as on boarding accounts and entitlements for on premise and cloud applications, credential management, and auditing of user activity in relation to information security;
  • Establishes and supports the proper data collection and data handling adherence to legal, privacy, and firm standards;
  • Assists in the development of best practices for organization of data;
  • Assists in the development of ad-hoc data statistics reports;
  • Assists in legal holds, data destruction, file transfer requests, and organization of existing data; and
  • Must be flexible for on-call 24 hour periods as assigned.


  • Advanced experience with Data Loss Prevention tools;
  • Advanced proficiency of Symantec DLP preferred;
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory;
  • Advanced knowledge of administration of policies, rules, and content;
  • Advanced communication skills including verbal and written communication;
  • Advanced knowledge of the information technology environment and electronic data management;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows server-class operating systems and commands;
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulation standards such as NIST;
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint;
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on technology;
  • At least 3 years of experience with identity access management, Data Loss Prevention related technologies; and
  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (preferred).
