Project Analyst in our Atlanta eDiscovery Department. Must be willing to work a daily 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET schedule. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties to assist Technology Project Managers and other team members to whom assigned to prepare productions. Maintain positive contact with team members and clients and observe confidentiality of client matters. Primary duty is the performance of work directly related to the management of the Firm’s clients.

• Support the Technology Project Managers and other team members to prepare productions
• Proficient in Relativity and Ipro and RCA preferred
• Export of productions to specifications outlined in the ESI agreements
• Create and edit workspaces, fields, choices, layouts, views and indexes
• Set up, run and complete export requests
• Assess data received from clients to determine most effective method to load to Relativity workspace
• Communicate requirements with the Technology Project Managers and other team members for their processing needs to ensure the end product is what is requested
• Provide updates on the status of tasks to Technology Project Managers
• Assist with documenting processes and procedures as well as provide feedback on software and hardware
• Load productions from opposing parties into Relativity workspace
• Process data to Relativity
• Perform quality checks on processed data and format data for import or export to meet client requests
• Strong understanding of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
• Work can require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position and can require irregular hours
• Meet or exceed the firm’s billing goal for this position
• Perform any additional duties or special projects required by client needs
• Maintain confidentiality of all firm/client matters

• Proficient in Relativity and Ipro
• Strong project and time management skills
• Ability to comprehend and interpret verbal and written concepts to facilitate the accurate completion of a task
• Work requires the ability to make sound decisions in the absence of clear instructions
• Ability to establish effective working relationships throughout the Firm and with outside contacts
• Strong attention to detail, follow through, responsiveness and customer service skills
• Strong command of the English language and legal and technical terminology
• Excellent organization skills to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
