The Citrix Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, administration and
engineering of the firm’s Citrix Cloud DaaS environment, Intune and Windows 10/11 VDI creation and
delivery. The candidate will work as part of a team and individually in support of the existing
infrastructure and on the implementation of new projects. Daily duties include administering patching
Physical and Virtual desktops OS and ensure the security policies, protocols and procedures are
enforced and performed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary support of all aspects of the Citrix Cloud DaaS environment, NetScaler, SCCM/Intune
and related GPOs using Advance Group Policy Management.
Primary support to Windows 10/11 VDI desktop creation, updates, and installed applications.
Primary support to Intune MDM and Endpoint management
Provide ongoing support and perform maintenance tasks for Citrix Cloud DaaS, Application
Delivery Controller, and licensing.
Remediate vulnerabilities discovered from vulnerability scans and triaging of found risks.
Resolves support escalations from IT Helpdesk.
Participate in biannual Disaster Recovery tests.
Analyze system performance to ensure smooth operation of all the firm hardware and software
products. Monitor network operations during and after business hours for anomalies that
indicate potential issues and take proactive action to prevent service disruptions.
Develops and maintains documentation and keeps management informed of project status and
related issues. Ensure that change management meet business requirements and goals, fulfills
end-user requirements, and resolves systems issues.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies associated with the firm's mission-critical applications.
Provide oversight and management of vendor technical support and consultants to assist in
problem resolution and general systems analysis.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong analytic, project management, and research skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to
meet deadlines and daily requirements, both independently and as part of a team.
Expert knowledge and experience with Citrix Cloud DaaS including:
Create/Secure/Publish Machine catalogs and Delivery groups.
Create/Secure/Publish Applications.
Create and maintain Citrix policies.
Manage Storefront, director, and licensing operations.
Troubleshoot and triage all the above
Expert knowledge of Citrix Application Delivery Controller (NetScaler).
Working knowledge of SCCM including the ability to build and deploy software and patches and
desktop images using task sequencing.
Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployments, application, and group policies integration.
Working knowledge of FSLogix for profile managementExpert knowledge of desktop system
engineering with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows, MacOS and iOS devices.
Strong knowledge in MS Azure Entra ID, virtual machines and conditional access policies.
Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
Experience in scripting and automation for system administration tasks.
Working knowledge and experience using Windows PowerShell for automation and operations
tasks.
Travel as necessary to support remote offices and related migrations, upgrades, and projects.
Able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with high-pressure and/or sensitive
situations.
Education and/or Experience:
A bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience directly supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and
Desktops are required.
