About the Role
The Technology Training Supervisor is an integral part of the Technology team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the local Technology Training team, while supervising, training, and coaching the Technology Training staff and leading them in their professional development endeavors. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Making recommendations to the Senior Manager of Technology Services and Human Resources department in hiring, counselling, and disciplining departmental employees
- Generating performance evaluations for departmental employees, and recommending salary increases where applicable
- Working with business services team members in the office and across other departments to identify training needs, creating classes designed to promote learning, and the most effective use of technology
- Acting as an innovative technology advocate to help drive the adoption of applications and processes through creative and targeted learning approaches
- Proactively collaborating with the other Technology Training Teams globally to ensure consistency of training programs firm wide
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Display leadership skills (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective mentoring
- Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Possess knowledge and understanding of the work practices and workflow of lawyers and other employees such as it pertains to training for the adoption of technology
And have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Education, Information Systems, Teaching or a related learning or technology field; a minimum of five (5) years of related job experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Microsoft Certified Trainer certification or an equivalent adult learning and development certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)
- A minimum of five (5) years of software training experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lead or project management role
- Experience of working within the legal, professional services or financial sectors

Pay Range
USD $140,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.
